Information you share
When you contact us through this site, we receive the name, email address, phone number, interests, and message you choose to provide. Please do not include financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive documents in the contact form.
How we use your information
We use inquiry details to respond to your questions, discuss real estate services, and follow up on the request you made. Contact form messages are sent to Adam Mincey by email. We do not sell the information you submit through that form.
Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the site and deliver messages. Server logs may include technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and page requests. The contact form also uses temporary protections against spam and repeated submissions.
Home search and other services
The Homes page embeds Adam’s Georgia MLS search. Georgia MLS and its service providers may use cookies, analytics, or similar technologies when that search loads. Searches, saved searches, accounts, and inquiries made within the search are handled by Georgia MLS under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
This site loads fonts from Google and links to services such as Instagram. Those services have their own privacy practices. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect the home search.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete inquiry information, or stop contacting you, by emailing adam@minceyhomes.com. We may retain information needed for ongoing service, transaction records, or legal obligations.
